Cancellation Policy

-We requite a payment of 50% of the total price when booking a retreat.

-The rest of the payment will be paid on location when you arrive.  

-Cancellation and refund up to 2 weeks before retreat date.  

-No refund on cancellation after 2 weeks to the retreat date.

-In case you or we need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances (like covid19) you get a full refund. 

-We offer no third party services (like airplane tickets or taxi fair) and therefore we are not responsible for any third party cancellations or refunds. 

-Please arrange your own travel insurance as we are not liable for injury or sickness in any event.

-If in the case of a court dispute the Dutch law is applicable.
